About the Role

The Senior Brand Marketing Director at Dynata is a pivotal position that oversees the development and execution of the company's comprehensive brand strategy. This role is responsible for shaping the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels, and leading the creation and management of the content calendar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global brand marketing strategies to enhance reputation and visibility.
  • Ensure uniform brand messaging across all platforms by working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the creation of various marketing materials and oversee the company's social media presence.
  • Define and articulate the company's brand vision and strategies to enhance brand equity and market position.
  • Develop and implement brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions that align with company objectives.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar that supports brand objectives and drives engagement across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create a diverse range of content from TOF campaigns to eBooks and webinars.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and strategic goals.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing brand marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovative thinking and professional growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to ensure brand alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and advocate, representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience in developing and maintaining brand excellence.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across channels and markets.
  • Experienced at launching corporate websites and managing complicated projects.
  • The ability to create a cohesive marketing calendar designed with a focus on SEO and driving top of funnel awareness.
  • Need to be a self-starter, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions.
  • 10 years experience.
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
  • Experience working in a project management tool such as Monday.
