Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our shoppers and donors, responding to their needs and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, including the cash register area, sales floor, and stockroom.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Accurately manage personal cash drawer, opening, closing, and balancing, adhering to all Salvation Army money handling procedures.
  • Point of Sales System: Work to understand the Point of Sales system and complete sales effectively, with proficiency obtained within 3 months of employment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals, restock merchandise, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Availability: Be available for a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
