Job Summary

The Sales Outfitter is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in our Camping department. As a Sales Outfitter, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer has a legendary experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service, greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
  • Support a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and expertise, providing information and assistance to customers.
  • Replenish product on shelves as required, maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
  • Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales, maintaining pricing and signing.
  • Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves, restocking merchandise as required.
  • Keep work area clean, neat, and well-stocked with supplies.
  • Follow all Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Provide a legendary experience for every customer, every time, by assisting customers in making buying decisions.
Requirements
  • High School education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to calculate figures, make change, and operate a computerized Point of Sale register system.
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with Management, coworkers, and customers.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk during shift, occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 20 pounds constantly, may occasionally move and lift objects up to 100 pounds or more.
