Licensed Vocational Nurse II, Sutter Coast Community Clinic

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse II to join our team at Sutter Coast Community Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or physician, adhering to established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement patient care plans based on diagnoses, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to achieve departmental and corporate objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Support the functionality of the department by distributing supplies and performing equipment maintenance, testing, and setup as needed.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure patient privacy and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Vocational Nursing.
- LVN-Licensed Vocational Nurse for California-based jobs or LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse for Oregon-based jobs.
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
- Department-specific licensures and certifications, such as CDL-Valid California Drivers License and INS-Auto Insurance.
- 1 year recent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic nursing skills, various medical procedures, views, and equipment.
- Ability to interpret a variety of data and instructions, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Basic understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
- Well-developed time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized operating procedures and scientific methods to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- General knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- A competitive hourly rate of $34.08 to $44.29.
