We are offering competitive compensation of $35.00 per hour along with additional shift differentials for night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.

There is an opportunity to transition to a permanent full-time role with comprehensive benefits after a 90-day period.

We are looking for a Regional LPN to provide essential workforce support to our facilities within the designated area. As a Regional LPN, you will deliver skilled nursing services to residents in collaboration with the medical care team and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care for all residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily nursing operations within a specific unit or wing.
  • Administer nursing techniques to ensure residents' comfort and well-being; assess each resident daily to monitor their status and promote optimal functioning.
  • Prepare equipment and assist physicians during their rounds.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring proper handling and storage of medications.
  • Monitor residents' reactions to medications and treatments.
  • Document and report changes in residents' conditions to supervisors and attending physicians.
  • Maintain accurate medical records as per policy requirements.
  • Supervise and instruct CNAs, assigning daily tasks to ensure positive outcomes for residents.
  • Implement and uphold nursing policies and safe work practices.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
  • Provide accurate reports to oncoming shifts regarding changes in resident status.
  • Contribute to care planning processes and ensure nursing components are executed.
  • Respect residents' rights and coordinate with other departments for activities.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors or nursing directors.
  • Must be willing to travel to various centers within the region.
  • Availability for overtime and double shifts may be required.

Qualifications:
  • Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license from the State Board of Nursing.
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a variety of duties and changing work schedules.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance are required.
