Job Title: Sales Associate

Forever 21 is a leading global fast fashion retailer seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a welcoming store environment, and driving sales through effective sales techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a welcoming store environment, ensuring the visual standards of the selling floor, fitting rooms, and visual displays are met.
  • Utilize basic selling techniques to engage with customers, introduce current sales and promotions, and drive sales.
  • Process sales transactions, maintain proper accountability at registers, and complete merchandise returns and exchanges courteously and under company guidelines.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices.
  • Participate in daily store recovery, before, during, or after store opening hours.
  • Assist in cross-functional departments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Must be energetic and charismatic, with strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Must be able to complete sales transactions in the POS register system.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to spend up to 100% of working time standing and walking.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, and working with cleaning chemicals.
