Job Summary

The Sales Associate at EssilorLuxottica is a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for setting the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear, ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience in every LensCrafters store.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, and assist patients in selecting frames that meet their vision needs.
  • Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed to ensure accurate and high-quality results.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.
  • Embody an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect and dignity.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a quickly changing environment.
