About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing every customer with a personalized and engaging shopping experience. You will maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, stay up-to-date with our brand and product information, and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and deliver exceptional sales experiences
  • Maintain a strong sense of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with our brand and product information
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment

Requirements
  • 1 year+ of sales or customer service experience
  • A self-starter mentality and strong sense of product knowledge
  • Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
  • Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (desired, but not required)
