We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Coordinator to join our team at RMA Network in Center City, PA. As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide exceptional care and support to fertility patients throughout their treatment journey.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

**Job Summary:**

  • Job Purpose: Provide comprehensive care to fertility patients, including education and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
  • Essential Functions and Accountabilities:
  1. Assist with coordination of care, management, and treatment of fertility patients.
  2. Implements provider directives through management of diagnostic and clinical treatment plans.
  3. Provides care for assigned patients by applying appropriate RMA workflows, policies, and clinical practice guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Active RN license without limitations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.
  • Prior experience in women's healthcare preferred.
