We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Protection Operations Coach to join our team at Walmart. As an Asset Protection Operations Coach, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading and developing teams, and ensuring the security and integrity of our assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Ensure effective merchandise presentation, assess economic trends and community needs, and oversee the stocking and rotation of merchandise to drive sales growth.
  • Lead and Develop Teams: Teach, train, and actively listen to associates, tour stores, and provide feedback to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Ensure Asset Security: Identify and communicate performance goals and objectives, build accountability for policies and procedures, and measure adherence to loss prevention policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our assets.
  • Investigate and Resolve Incidents: Detect, deter, investigate, and resolve violations of company policies and criminal activities to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  • Monitor and Improve Operations: Monitor safety and risk controls within facilities, identify accident trends, and develop and implement solutions to prevent accidents and improve workplace safety.
  • Manage Training and Development: Manage facility-level training and execution of asset protection, safety, and claims and receiving procedures to ensure associates have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Coordinate and Complete Job-Related Activities: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of 2 years of college or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a supervisory role.
  • Certifications: Certification in an asset protection related field (e.g. Loss Prevention Qualified, Loss Prevention Certified) is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and experience with training and development programs.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year, as well as annual or quarterly performance bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
