About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a Home Health Aide, you will work under the guidance of a registered nurse to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supportive personal care services and homemaking assistance to patients of all ages according to individualized physical needs.
- Work under the supervision of a registered nurse to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families to ensure a positive care experience.
Requirements:
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting providing hands-on patient care or nursing student with current CNA.
