About the Opportunity
As a respected OB/GYN Physician, you will be part of a premier healthcare team committed to delivering exceptional patient care within a dynamic and supportive work environment. Our multispecialty group, comprised of 6 OB/GYNs, a midwife, nurses, lactation consultant, and childbirth educators, offers a collaborative setting where your expertise is valued. You will work 4-4.5 days per week in clinic/rounding, with a manageable call schedule of 3 weekdays and 1 weekend per month. With 450 – 500 deliveries annually, you will have ample opportunities to hone your skills. Our state-of-the-art surgery center, equipped with a DaVinci robot, allows for a range of procedures, including VBACs. Our birth center, set to open in late 2024 or early 2025, will provide an additional option for expectant mothers.Compensation and Benefits
Enjoy a competitive compensation package, exceeding the 75th percentile, with many physicians surpassing the 90th percentile. Additionally, you will receive a 10% sign-on bonus, moving expense reimbursement, 4 weeks' vacation (1st year and then based on physician need after becoming a shareholder) + 6 holidays, 2 weeks CME, $2,500 CME Stipend, paid renewals of license, certifications and/or registrations, 401k (100% vested upon entry) – 50% match up to a 6% personal contribution, and malpractice and tail paid (upon 15 year vestment upon becoming a shareholder).About Our Community
