Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Lancaster, PA. This full-time position provides the opportunity to work closely with students, helping them overcome speech and language challenges in a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans and IEPs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Track and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Pennsylvania SLP license or ability to obtain one.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Weekly guaranteed pay for both direct and indirect services.
