**Job Overview**

In this role as a Customer Service Representative at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., you play a vital part in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a representative of the company, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a smile on their face.

The pace can be fast-paced, especially during peak hours and holidays. You will need to multitask and juggle multiple responsibilities at once, including scanning items, explaining prices, bagging items, counting back change, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot
  • Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store
  • Assist associates across the store as needed
  • Gather carts from the parking lot
  • Clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed
