Position Summary
This role involves securing insurance benefits and authorizations for outpatient services. You will collaborate closely with medical offices to ensure that scheduled procedures receive timely approvals. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. Basic mathematical skills and exceptional customer service abilities are also required.

Qualifications
A High School diploma or GED is mandatory. A background of two to four years in a medical office, hospital registration, collections, or professional billing, or relevant training in medical billing is preferred.
