Job Description: We are seeking a talented Registered Nurse to join our team at Fairbanks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and therapists. Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
  • Providing high-quality patient care, including medication management and nursing assessments.
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers and therapists to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Managing patient care across the healthcare continuum to achieve safe and cost-effective outcomes.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution or three years of related professional nursing experience.
  • A valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Indiana.
  • At least two years of RN experience, preferably in a similar setting.
