We are in search of a meticulous and highly organized Proposal Manager who will be instrumental in crafting and executing strategic proposals aimed at securing new business ventures.
In this engaging position, the Proposal Manager will work closely with diverse teams to collect essential information, set project timelines, and create persuasive proposals that clearly convey our unique value proposition. Utilizing your outstanding writing and project management abilities, you will oversee the complete proposal lifecycle, ensuring the production of high-quality, competitive proposals that surpass client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct proposal development initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather vital information and resources.
- Examine Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to grasp client needs, formulating tailored proposals that meet their specific requirements.
- Establish and maintain proposal development strategies, timelines, and schedules.
- Work with subject matter experts to generate technical content and guarantee adherence to RFP specifications.
- Develop and implement a knowledge management framework to archive, monitor, and repurpose proposal-related materials.
- Review and refine proposals for quality, consistency, and alignment with corporate branding and messaging.
- Facilitate the bid/no-bid decision-making process in partnership with senior leadership.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment in proposal submissions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as a Proposal Manager or in a comparable position.
- Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with industry best practices in proposal development and management.
