IT Support Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality technical support to our clients, ensuring their technology needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide initial support for service requests related to technology, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of system documentation and review in ConnectWise.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding incident progress, impending changes, or agreed-upon outages.
Requirements:
- Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.
- Professional IT certifications, such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP, or CompTIA.
- Interpersonal skills, including telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care.
- Diagnosis skills of technical issues.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability Insurance, HSA & 401(k) employer contributions, Pet Insurance, and paid time off.
