We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and strengthen our finance and compliance function, supporting our 43 offices worldwide.

The successful candidate will help determine how Endeavor Global works with affiliate offices on audit, accounting, tax, and compliance matters. They will collaborate with these offices to collect and analyze financial data, providing best practices and guidance.

This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days per week at Endeavor Global's NY office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data-Driven Finance: Lead efforts in collecting, visualizing, and analyzing financial data from 43 markets, collaborating closely with Managing Directors and finance managers of affiliate offices.
  • Financial Process Improvement: Coordinate with experts (legal, tax, audit) to enhance current policies and processes, embedding a sound and practical compliance framework.
  • Month-End Closing Ownership: Take ownership of assigned areas of the month-end closing process, including accounting, policies, and processes, and communicate effectively on impacting factors.
  • Ongoing Responsibilities: Context-switch between core responsibilities and smaller projects, such as coordinating reporting with Endeavor's venture arm or contributing to the annual audit.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • CPA or CA qualification preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers and complex concepts
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong compliance and risk mindset
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Suite
  • Hands-on experience with systems like Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, Intacct, and Expensify

Compensation and Benefits:
