About the Role

Gastro Health is seeking a highly skilled Quality Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Reporting Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting of quality and performance improvement activities for Gastro Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, compile, and report quality performance statistics on a quarterly basis for Gastro Health's medical/gastroenterology practices and anesthesia ancillaries.
  • Reporting and Communication: Ensure timely communication of performance data to Division leadership and maintain historical documentation of the process.
  • Training and Education: Attend MIPs workflow trainings and educate oneself on documentation requirements needed for each measure. Conduct training and in-services as directed by leadership.
  • Productivity and Reporting: Collect and upload eCW MIPs Dashboard statistics to the Smartsheet Manager Dashboard and send weekly productivity reports to supervisors.
Requirements
  • MIPS Quality Reporting Knowledge: Required experience with MIPS (CMS Merit-Based Incentive Program) Quality Reporting.
  • Experience and Education: 3+ years of experience working in a medical practice or similar setting, high school diploma or GED equivalent, and intermediate experience with creating and displaying reports on Excel and PowerPoint.
