Job Title: Boxing & Kickboxing Instructor

UFC GYM LANCASTER is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boxing & Kickboxing Instructor to join our team. As a Boxing & Kickboxing Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching group fitness classes, leading workshops, and developing and implementing new programs to drive membership sales and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach group fitness classes, including Boxing and Kickboxing, to members of all ages and fitness levels.
  • Develop and implement new programs to drive membership sales and retention.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate members on proper technique and safety.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote UFC GYM LANCASTER's services.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional member experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Boxing and Kickboxing classes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of personal training techniques and safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
