Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boxing and/or Kickboxing Coach to join our team at UFC Gym Lancaster. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading classes, delivering exceptional member experiences, and driving revenue growth through private training and supplement sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Boxing and/or Kickboxing classes for Adult and Youth members
  • Deliver safe and effective private training sessions
  • Focus on changing lives through service, science, and sales
  • Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its Train Different philosophy
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • Knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to generate, maintain, and demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
