Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boxing and/or Kickboxing Coach to join our team at UFC GYM LANCASTER. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading classes, delivering great member experience, and achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Private and Small Group Training sessions with members
  • Sell personal training sessions and achieve monthly revenue objectives
  • Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its Train Different philosophy
  • Conduct safe and effective private Boxing or Kickboxing training sessions
  • Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to generate, maintain, and demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
  • Possess a strong customer service focus
  • Recommended experience: minimum 1 year of related experience
