Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Metal Stamping Process Engineer to join our team at Motive Companies. This role involves designing and developing progressive dies, as well as overseeing manufacturing processes for stamping machines.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex metal stamping dies
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes
  • Analyze and optimize production workflows
  • Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and related costs

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2-5 years of experience in metal manufacturing. Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS (Logopress) is preferred.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually (DOE)
