Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with business partners and finance team members to understand business activities, financial plans, and develop recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and strategy.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflict, drive consensus, and reach conclusions.
  • Experience working in a multi-national industry, preferably in the Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and/or other analytical tools.
  • Experience with financial and ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion Planning, Smart View, Anaplan.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA or CMA certification.
  • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and internal controls.
