About the Role:As a Behavioral Specialist at Behavior Treatment & Analysis, you will play a vital part in providing unique and individualized ABA-based therapy to individuals with neurodivergent conditions and behavior disorders. Our mission is to teach significant milestones to each learner to promote independence, while upholding our values and principles through compassionate and humble treatment.
About You:
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about Psychology, Child and Adolescent Development, Early Childhood Intervention, Behavioral Science/Health, and are open to positively impacting a family's life. You should be patient, kind, and nurturing, with an interest in furthering your career in ABA.
Responsibilities:
Delivering ABA treatment programs developed by a BCBA, providing direct client care in a 1:1 setting in the client's home, working with clients & families to implement client treatment plan, attending staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested, and completing daily data collection in a detailed and timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Completed, must be available Mon-Friday 3-8pm, commit to a consistent schedule with clients, English fluency required, bilingual in Spanish preferred, strong communication and documentation skills, an upbeat and creative attitude to efficiently engage with clients through play-based therapy, patience and passion to serve clients of varying ability, and ability to complete job's physical demands such as lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children.
