Ambulatory Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ambulatory Care Nurse to join our team at Providence Medical Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in an ambulatory care environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
- Associate's Degree - Nursing or Bachelor's Degree - Nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire or Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered.
