  • Understand and comply with Accounts Receivables policies and practices.
  • Accurately process client transactions in the order entry system.
  • Keep precise customer records and document all interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines as per Company, State, and Federal policies.
  • Effectively multitask and navigate multiple systems and communication platforms simultaneously.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and measurable accuracy.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Integrity and honesty in all interactions.
  • A genuine desire to assist others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or a combination of education and experience.
