Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Systems Design Engineer to join our team at American Honda Motor Co. This role will involve designing, managing and implementing equipment solutions to ensure company sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement established E-Flow processes to achieve business plan targets
  • Complete equipment improvement activities and decision-making processes to enhance product characteristics
  • Adhere to equipment installation standards to improve MTBF and MTTR
  • Drive engineering solutions to solve complex problems and achieve department targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 0-6 years of engineering experience
  • Experience with Catia 3D Design or equivalent software
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000, depending on location and experience.
