We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Boiler Systems Engineer to join our team at Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service, Inc. in Lincoln, NE.

About the Role

This is a critical position responsible for designing, engineering, and implementing industrial water tube boiler systems and heat recovery steam generators (HRSG) projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will lead technical developments, schedule project milestones, and resolve engineering design and system integration issues.

You will be working closely with customers, providing technical support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead technical teams to design, engineer, and implement industrial boiler systems, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and integration issues, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve project outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, boiler and/or HRSG, and project engineering or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, Inventor, and AutoCAD design tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
