About the Job

We're seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Center Specialist to join our team at Country Bank for Savings. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences through efficient first-call resolution approaches in our multi-channel call center.

As a Customer Care Center Specialist, you'll enhance customer relationships by providing tailored service, active listening, and engagement to understand each customer's financial needs and goals. You'll also develop quality leads to business partners via telephone and email correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner
  • Identify opportunities to build and deepen consumer and business customer relationships
  • Utilize multiple delivery channels to service all banking inquiry types
  • Develop creative solutions to troubleshoot non-traditional banking inquiries

Requirements:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of one year of banking experience preferred
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
