Position Overview:

In this role, you will lead the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Electricity and Automation (E&A) initiatives in alignment with corporate standards. Your focus will be on enhancing business objectives, ensuring product quality, and optimizing plant performance while prioritizing health, safety, and environmental considerations.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Development:

Foster and enhance core competencies in MES and E&A by mentoring engineers and facilitating professional exchanges, including workshops and expert networks. Oversee the development of MES-E&A talent and align engineering resources with market strategies.


2. Project Oversight:

Support and oversee capital investments from preparation to implementation, ensuring technical soundness, cost-effectiveness, and resource alignment with standards.


3. Compliance Assurance:

Guarantee safety for personnel, products, and the environment. Enforce a culture of zero tolerance for unsafe conditions and ensure proper change management practices in factories.


4. Mastery of Products and Processes:

Ensure that MES-E&A engineers are proficient in processes and products to support innovation and continuous improvement while safeguarding technological expertise.


5. Operational Support:

Encourage adherence to engineering tools at the site level and participate in local assessments regarding safety, health, and product quality.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Automation and/or MES engineering with a focus on Electrical systems. Experience in supervising technical teams and managing investment budgets is essential. Familiarity with engineering projects in multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
