About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Expert Administrator to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our Costco Customer Team in Seattle, Washington, you will play a critical role in leading business-critical tasks, including bill payment and contract management, proof of performance, new item set up and eContent management, as well as ad-hoc business reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Management: You will be responsible for building team capacity and effectiveness by owning processes within core business deliverables, including item set-up and maintenance, category event tracking, sales plan maintenance, and standard business reporting.
  • Stewardship and Fund Management: You will enable stewardship by managing fund systems input, proof of performance record-keeping, and communicating accurate and timely information to track and check the accuracy and reasonableness of numbers.
  • Relationship Building: You will develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and internal partners, requiring strong communication skills to explain complex information and turn insight into action.
  • Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to drive outstanding work processes and execution to meet or exceed business objectives with a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: A High School diploma or GED or equivalent education is required.
  • Analytics and Technical Skills: You must have competency in developing business/category mastery and the ability to leverage analytics and data into insights. Prior experience in sales or data administration in a professional setting is preferred, or you must have demonstrably strong technical skills and a high aptitude for learning new software/systems.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You must possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: You must have mastery of Microsoft Office, including excellent proficiency with Outlook, strong Excel and Word skills, and the ability to generate presentation-quality documents in PowerPoint.
