Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive transfer agency and shareholder services to clients.
  • Manage call center operations, transaction processing, data entry, and quality assurance tasks.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and respond to inquiries regarding account performance and activities.
  • Facilitate various financial transactions, conduct research, and resolve transaction-related issues.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and legal regulations for compliance.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in banking, investment, or finance is a plus.
  • At least one year of customer service experience in retail, banking, or financial services is desired.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Intermediate computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems are required.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service with a keen attention to detail.
  • Must have access to high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace at home.
