Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Lead and supervise nursing staff, offering guidance, support, and performance assessments.
- Patient Care Excellence: Maintain high-quality patient care through effective nursing practices and adherence to clinical guidelines.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring efficient workflows.
- Training and Development: Identify educational needs and provide ongoing training opportunities for nursing staff.

- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and develop nursing teams.

- Infection Control: Adhere to infection control policies and procedures at all times.

- Scheduling: Facilitate and adjust staff schedules to meet departmental needs.
- Leadership: Provide consistent and fair leadership across all departments.
- Communication: Effectively communicate quality improvement, risk, and safety concerns to relevant departments.
- Reporting: Complete variance reports or statements of concern in a timely manner.
- Patient Care Participation: Engage in individualized patient care by ensuring satisfaction criteria are met.
- Emergency Response: Manage emergency situations according to established hospital procedures.
- Administrator Communication: Inform the Administrator on call of any significant issues or unusual events.
- Team Collaboration: Foster clear and positive communication among co-workers to promote teamwork.
