Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic in Terre Haute, IN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions.
- Focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships.
- Develop and maintain a finite patient panel to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including a nurse practitioner, medical assistants, and a medical receptionist.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Active license in the state of employment and active DEA registration.
- Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine.
- Comfortable performing well-woman exams and prescribing birth control.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $240,000-$275,000 per year (negotiable based on FTE and years of experience).
- Five full weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO).
- CME reimbursement up to $3,000 per year, along with 40 hours of time off for CME purposes.
- Medical licensing and DEA fully reimbursed.
- Malpractice coverage starting from day one.
