Position Overview:
As a ClubLife Concierge, you will play an integral role in the Member Experience Team, dedicated to crafting memorable experiences for club members. Your duties will encompass offering warm welcomes, creating enchanting moments, and ensuring memorable farewells.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist members and guests throughout the Club, providing concierge services.
  • Educate individuals about club offerings, events, and facilities.
  • Support members with scheduling and reservations.
  • Ensure cleanliness in assigned areas and that supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Facilitate business services and various concierge-related tasks.
  • Contribute to Member Experience initiatives and marketing efforts.
  • Guide guests to their seats during their visit.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality.
  • Strong customer service orientation and exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to multitask.
  • Positive demeanor and collaborative spirit.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation: $18-$21 per hour
