Job Summary

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners and other equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Prepare patients for scans, including positioning and immobilization
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as needed
  • Monitor patients during scans and respond to any adverse reactions
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan results, and other relevant data
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a radiology technologist
  • ARRT certification in CT
  • Knowledge of CT scanning principles and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
