We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Graduate Nurse to join our team at Forbes Hospital, a 315-bed Level II trauma hospital located in the community of Monroeville. As a Graduate Nurse, you will provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of the healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide and coordinate patient care for the age-appropriate population.
- Initiate interdisciplinary plans of care based on assessment findings and physician orders for the age-appropriate population.
- Complete patient documentation in a comprehensive manner and promote communication between caregivers.
- Contribute to Division, Hospital, and Department goals.
- Provide detailed and appropriate teaching to patients and families to effectively guide them through the episode of care and transition to another level of care and/or home.
