Job Title: Private Concierge

At Resorts West, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Private Concierge to join our team. As a Private Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Obtain in-depth knowledge of Resorts West culture, mission, and vision. Develop a thorough understanding of property inventory, location, amenities, and services. Provide expert knowledge of Park City and offer guests and owners personalized recommendations and information.
  • Inspections: Conduct thorough property inspections to ensure Resorts West quality and standards are met. Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to implement property-specific standards and monitor housekeeping staff performance.
  • Other Duties: Perform private check-ins, send thank-you letters to guests and owners, and maintain accurate records of gratuities.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75lbs) and perform physical tasks
  • Personal vehicle for travel to and from assigned properties
