ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Fit Specialist / Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in our customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging with customers in a friendly and authentic manner to foster relationships and loyalty.
  • Measuring feet and recommending suitable footwear styles to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting customers in trying on shoes and providing information about new products and store events.
  • Enrolling customers in our rewards program to enhance their shopping experience.
Your expertise in footwear and commitment to excellent service will help you achieve and surpass sales targets while enjoying the daily interaction with our valued customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • Sales aptitude—previous retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory; we are willing to train.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • An outgoing and approachable personality.

SCHEDULE
We are looking for a dedicated retail sales associate to work 2 pm-7 pm, two or three days a week, with occasional weekend shifts, totaling approximately 15-20 hours weekly.
