We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Trainer to contribute to the success of our team at Elite Sports Clubs. As a Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and help them achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals, limitations, and preferences.
- Develop customized exercise programs tailored to the individual needs and goals of each client.
- Provide expert guidance and motivation during training sessions to ensure proper form and technique.
- Monitor clients' progress, adjust programs as needed, and provide ongoing support and encouragement.
- Educate clients on optimal nutrition, hydration, and lifestyle habits to support their fitness journey.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and attendance.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Personal Trainer from a nationally recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
- CPR and AED certification.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
