Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess home environment to ensure safety and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications or equipment needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients
  • Provide patient and caregiver education
  • Accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
  • Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required
  • Candidates must have MA Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
