Position Overview
As a Medication Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of providing outstanding service to our patients and healthcare partners.

Schedule:
+ 12pm-8pm
+ 1 full weekend (Saturday & Sunday) per month
+ rotating holiday

Key Responsibilities
1. Accurately enter, access, and verify data within the pharmacy management system.
2. Support the pharmacy's workflow by maintaining high productivity levels and delivering error-free work.
3. Establish and uphold patient profiles, including comprehensive medication lists for individual patients.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries from colleagues, patients, nurses, physicians, and hospice staff.

Qualifications
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of data entry experience.
+ Familiarity with pharmacy management systems.
+ Understanding of standard pharmacy practices and procedures.
+ Excellent verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
+ Collaborative mindset to work effectively with both technicians and pharmacists.
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.
+ Current and valid Pharmacy Technician License in good standing with the State Board.
