Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Project Manager to join our Reconstruction team at SERVPRO of Southern Cuyahoga. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute reconstruction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Initiation: Evaluate and sell projects for residential and commercial clients.
  • Project Planning: Identify and document project scope of work, review estimates, communicate with clients, and review budgets.
  • Project Execution: Create project schedules and timelines, identify and qualify subcontractors, negotiate terms, and project review.
  • Management of Staff: Conduct performance reviews, provide training and mentoring, and lead team meetings.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide world-class customer service through regular communication and follow-through, including management of all warranty activities.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of the construction industry and processes.
  • Xactimate and general insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
