Job Overview

Heights Draft Room is seeking a skilled Bartender to provide exceptional customer service and beverage expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Assess customer preferences and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Mix and serve cocktails, garnishing with flair and attention to detail.
  • Set up and break down the bar area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies to maintain a well-stocked bar.
  • Verify customer identification and confirm age verification.
  • Stay focused on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive guest experience.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bartender with a strong track record of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent knowledge of mixology, including techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
  • Knowledge of a second language is a plus, but not required.
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar environment.
  • Relevant training certificates and certifications.
