Position Overview: The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage and food service in a dynamic, high-volume restaurant environment, prioritizing guest satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance with all Image & Costume standards.
  • Engaging with and entertaining patrons.
  • Efficiently serving drinks to guests.
  • Preparing beverages according to Ojos Locos standards.
  • Verifying the legal drinking age of all guests.
  • Utilizing a POS system to calculate sale prices, process payments, and provide accurate receipts and change. Maintain precise records, including cash-out and tip reports.
  • Monitoring guests for signs of intoxication or unusual behavior, and following the appropriate procedures, including alerting management or security.
  • Maintaining a clean work environment by organizing the bar, disposing of trash, and performing light cleaning tasks.
  • Completing setup, side work, and closing duties, which include preparing the bar for service, stocking supplies, and ensuring the bar area is ready for the next shift.
  • Other duties as assigned.
