Position Overview: The role of the Bartender involves delivering exceptional beverage and food service in a bustling, high-energy restaurant environment, prioritizing guest satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance with all Image & Costume standards.
  • Engagement and entertainment of patrons.
  • Efficiently serve drinks to guests.
  • Prepare beverages in accordance with Ojos Locos guidelines.
  • Verify the legal drinking age of all customers.
  • Utilize a POS system for processing transactions, ensuring accurate sales records, cash handling, and providing receipts to customers.
  • Monitor guests for signs of intoxication or unusual behavior, and take appropriate action, including alerting management or security.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area by organizing the bar, disposing of waste, and performing general housekeeping tasks.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including preparing the bar for service, stocking supplies, and ensuring the bar area is ready for the next shift.
  • Perform any additional tasks as required.
