Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, learning, and psychosocial needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans to address these needs and promote optimal patient outcomes.
Provide Direct Patient CareDeliver high-quality, patient-centered care to patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures. This includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
Collaborate with Healthcare TeamWork closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and technicians, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Maintain Accurate RecordsDocument patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes, in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements- Education and Licensure
A graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia or awaiting reciprocity.
ExperiencePrevious work experience in EP Lab, Telemetry, Critical Care, or Cardiac Cath Lab is preferred.
CertificationsCurrent CPR and ACLS certifications are required.
