POSITION DETAILS
Compensation: $20 - $28 per hour along with a spiff program to acknowledge your dedication.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 3:30 PM

YOUR ROLE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As the initial point of contact for our clients, you will be the friendly and informed voice that establishes the tone for their interaction with our company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls: You will listen attentively, comprehend customer requirements, and provide solutions or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Scheduling and dispatching: You will efficiently organize service appointments and ensure our technicians have all necessary information to deliver exceptional service.
- Conducting outbound calls: You will follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring our services remain top of mind for potential clients.
- Supporting marketing initiatives: You will assist in our marketing efforts, helping to promote the excellent work we do.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Sales proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
While familiarity with plumbing and HVAC industry trends and regulations, as well as prior experience in a customer service capacity, is preferred, it is not mandatory.
